Antipasti and appetizers

The Greek cuisine is rich with appetizers and antipasti which we call Mezé. All of them are "small dishes" , some fresh and uncomplicated, others rich and lavishly structured. These dishes, using fresh natural ingredients, are not contemporary inventions, but have been set out on Greek people's tables for generations.

Vine Leaves in Brine

These tender and dark green, vine leaves are hand-picked from the finest vines. Their soft texture and the subtle acidic flavor makes them a classic ingredient for authentic Mediterranean recipes, such as Dolmas & the ideal elegant wrap, for many different type of fillings such as grilled sardines.

Ingredients: Vines leaves, water, sea salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservatives: sodium metabisulphite, sodium benzoate.
